Making the Eduard kit with all the goodies that comes with it supplemented with some resin pieces from Quickboost, ventilation louvres and air vents. It will be a Iraqi BMK or a Czech BKL.
Making the Smer kit with the same resin ventilation louvres and air vents, supplemented with a resin bang seat from Pavla. No photo etch will be used on this one. This one will be a Algerian BMK.
Wonder how the 2 look side by side.

I'm in , do you apply same camo as on the cartons, or do you make e.g. One in silver?

Hi Melf! Well, no, 2 camouflaged Fitters mate... For the Smer boxing I will use a after market decal set from Hi-Decal line since the kit decals are probably horrible. That will be a 3-tone camouflaged Algerian Fitter. For the Eduard version I will use the kit decals off course since they are very good. Most probably it will be a Iraqi Fitter. But not in the c/s Eduard describes since it c/s is based on a Iraqi Fitter which currently can be found at Nellis AFB and thus is not really correct for a operational Iraqi Fitter. Will use the decals but with a different c/s.
