Hello, welcome to my Scalemates page! Yes, I have an account here. Yes, I paint models too.
I started this hobby in 2018, as I was introduced to Warhammer40k in my local convention (HobbyCon) and since then I was hooked in this hobby!
But then I stopped, and started again when I've participated in my university's Model Kit Assembly Club in 2024. Now, I am obsessed with assembling & painting models (again).
I have worked on with various types of models, from Games Workshop's Warhammer40k, Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, to Gundam, as well as car models. Currently, I have taken an interest in painting miniature soldiers in 1:35 scale
When it comes to painting miniatures, I still consider myself as an amateur. I primarily use acrylic-based paints, particularly from Citadel. However, I would experiment with other brands as well. If I can homebrew it, I would totally homebrew it.
