On the first Sturmgeschütz III Ausf.F/8 vehicles, the one-piece maintenance hatches, each with two hinges for the bow plate, were used. Only a few vehicles were produced in this configuration, unfortunately this version of the nose plate was not included in the Takom plastic model kits No. 8013 and No. 8014, although the component is available as an extra molded part in the Panzer III / Sturmgeschütz III kits from Takom.
