2 Panther G’s in December 1944 undergo repair at a maintenance yard. A Panther Ausf. G - early production receives engine maintenance from 2 mechanics after being towed in by a Bergepanther Ausf D. Another Panther Ausf. G mid-production has its turret removed by a 16 ton Strabokran - field portable crane and gantry system. A Strabokran is being used for the engine overhaul.
