Quite a large number of Czech Gripens have received an interesting colouring sometime during their service in the Czech Air Force. Most of them were single-seat aircraft that participated in the allied TIGER MEET exercises.

However, some Czech Gripen also carried special livery dedicated to various anniversaries associated with the Czech Air Force. In 2018, the single-seat JAS-39C with the number 9234 (the model for my model) carried a special colouring for the centenary of the Czech Air Force.
