I would like to make an observation about used kits available on eBay.
I like to look around for vintage kits and many of those are only found on eBay. What I have observed is the astronomical shipping fees for items shipped out of the US into Canada where I live I mean the shipping is often 3 or more times the amount asked for the item itself! I shop from all over the world and whether I order from eBay or not I find shipping is much lower to Canada from even faraway places like Australia, New Zealand, Japan and of course China is really cheap. Eastern Europe for example Poland, Greece, Bulgaria are much cheaper than Germany France and UK.
I'm just wondering if these American and western European sellers realize what the rest of the world hs to pay for their items. I wonder if they care... If they don't that's a very isolationist attitude in my opinion.

The postal service charges what it does. I've noted that as china post subsidizes shipping, it's cheaper to order from china than from the us to another us location due to what the post office charges.
Sellers do not control the post office pricing.

Thanks Ben. I realize sellers don't control the postage fees but I'm wondering if they are even aware and if they are why don't they get together and complain. There are protests about Everything under the sun why not postal fees 😂. I also found that shipping something across Canada costs more than what they charge me for shipping from Australia for Pete's sake!

Small parcel shipping from anywhere in china to anywhere in the continental us is a flat $5. Obviously this is heavily subsidized by government.

This kit Revell 85-0386is not the same kit at all as the Revell 05605 which is a Redbox of the Zvezda Black Swan. I used scalemate to buy this from eBay thinking it was and overpaid by a lot. Please correct this listing so other people will not be misled.

I am not sure why Scale mates keeps this kit in the database. It obviously has been cancelled and Flyhawk never bothered to make an announcement

The 3d parts that Arma Hobby has designed are simply exquisite! The rest of the model is quite nice as well
