The next aircraft for my WW2 collection will be a bit bigger than the other ones I have built so far this year. 🙂

Not much progress here, the front undercarriage was added and then further weights were added where I could in order to stop it being a tail sitter. 🙂

I now declare this one complete. A large amount of weight has to be put into the front of the aircraft to avoid it tail sitting. The propeller holes have to be made larger to fit. 🙂
Thanks for the kind comment Istvan, I appreciate it greatly! 👍

Very cool! You picked very interesting camo with that map, stars, bars and British fin flashes 👍
Many thanks for reviewing the kit too 👍

Thanks for the kind comment Lukasz, I appreciate it greatly. 👍
I'm not certain why there are British fin flashes, I followed the decal guide provided with the kit. Perhaps someone else knows?
The plane denoted was "Desert Warrior" crewed by Captain Ralph Lower, Pilot Officer Anthony Arthur Martin (RCAF), Sgt. John R Dawdy, Sgt. J.B. Saragalo, Lt. Floyd R. Pond, Lt. T.R. Tate, Lt. W.O. Seaman, 81st Bombardment Squadron (Medium), 12th Bombardment Group (Medium), Boiling Field, Washington DC, July 1943.
Capt Lower completed his 52nd mission and then with "Desert Warrior" flew back to the US with the above crew for a tour of the US. The art work was done prior to heading off to the US for the tour, one of the artists was a RAF Cpl.

Hello Guy. This one's a beauty! Just love that desert pink camo scheme. Turned out really well. Suits the B-25 so much.

Hi Mr D 👍 The map on the side was painted on before the aircraft went on a "war bonds" tour of the USA to denote where it had been based and performed missions during its bombing tour in the Middle East. 👍

Hello Guy, I know my comment is a little bit late but here goes. USAAF aircraft flying in the North African theatre often flew with British formations as part of their joint operations. The British fin flashes were an additional form of identification. Also, a lot of the aircraft operated by the USAAF in North Africa, had originally been given to the British as part of the Lend Lease agreement. So those aircraft were painted in RAF camouflage and markings etc. When the Americans got those aircraft, the only things overpainted were the roundels and squadron codes. So the camouflage and fin flashes remained.
