The semi looks like the revell snap KW Aerodyne, and could that be a 63 split screen vette below it? The pickup looks similar to the Sneaky Pete, but there were several versions. I just wish the picture was a little better quality, but it's stood the test of time, well. Good luck with the build mate. Edit: I know that you're building the 53, but the shape in the picture looks slightly different?

The pickup is indeed, the Ford Courier. I was close. I built it too, when I was a kid, early 80's. It's also in my stash now.

I have the 63 cruising USA stingray, that'll be the next build. I can't find a courier with that stripe package so I don't know if that's it. I agree with the KW snap kit. I believe the 53 in building now is the one in front of the semi. I think it's a bear bait chevette on the bottom. Otherwise I'm at a loss. Oh cj7 on top.

The reason why I said courier, is because of the distinctive spoiler on the roof? I see where you're coming from now, with the 53, and I agree. The Bronco, could be anything mate? You'd have to rely on your memory, for that. Hope I've given you some help.

Whilst in the cave, I checked my kit and the decals. I can confirm, that this kit only has the decals on the box, however, it's a very close match for the style of truck, on your shelf?

My brother found one called ice patrol, exact decal match, shape, and size so I think we figured that one out. Thanks for your help, I don't remember any of these builds, I just have 2 pictures is all.

I was irritated because of the black color and 1953. You know, that I built mine in silver. Silver was never available on the C1 but for my project it was a "have to". The 1953 C1 was only avaliable in Polo White 😉 Black was an Option from 1954 on. Funny, that it is black on the box of the kit.

Nevertheless: well built! It looks really different in black
