Bob, I cut and pasted this from another forum: Take an AMT 66 Mustang notchback/Coupe roof and rear deck; main body shell from AMT 68 Mustang GT500 -cut at inside of rear fender top edges, front of roof, and just in front of rear spoiler. Rest of the car: chassis engine, trans, suspension, interior from same 67; wheels and tires from 68 Shelby.

Yeah, I figure I'm going to gut these 3 kits, but it's ok, I have numerous of these and a BUTT LOAD of Mustang parts in the parts box.

Considering how ubiquitous mustang kits are in 1/24, I am tempted to build all of the suggestions we've given Bob to use up the spare kits myself.

just a couple days ago i watched the story from "Little Red" - and that was such an great story that catched my interest. while watching, the "Green Hornet" was told as a background(Teaser).
I had the same thoughts to rebuild it as a replica - so i'm looking forward to your build.
