The MiG-23ML was a fighter aircraft used by the Soviet Union and exported to many nations hostile to the United States and it's allies. In the early 1990s, the German Air Force operated 28 MiG-23ML variants along with 9 MiG-23MF, 8 MiG-23UB, and 18 MiG-23BN models.
