Achilles Tank Destroyer
75th Anti-Tank Regiment, 11th Armoured Division

Built as part of a VE-Day80 collection of builds I’m working on, this is Tamiya’s 1:35 scale British Tank Destroyer M10 IIC Achilles. What a fabulous kit this is, I just love the figures which have such expressive movement.

I’ve finished this in the markings of 75th Anti-Tank Regiment, 11th Armoured Division, North West Europe, 1944-1945. The Regiment landed in Normandy shortly after D-Day and were involved in many of the major operations to liberate Europe.
