The rear lights will come out of one of these kits: 1991 Firebird Formula (Monogram 2937, 1:24) 1992 Firebird Formula (Monogram 2952, 1:24) '92 Firebird Formula (Monogram 85-4012, 1:24)
I have to check, which is already opened. It has to be fitted into scale.

This kit will be straight out of the box. Just the rear lights should be the european styled ones. Every part I take out of other kits will be reproduced! I hate to rip kits apart only for one or two parts I need.

Painted the green one in original color. I'm not satisfied with the result. As usual I use rattle can. So here too. Both I bought do not cover well. The base color looks through all wells and there are shadows on both doors. Crap. Maybe I remove the paint and repaint it.

After the green didn't work out nicely, I wet sanded the body and painted it black..man, should I build a black one (again)? A dozen years ago I did that. It looks pretty nice 🙂 Next will be green again.
Btw. I removed all badges on the body.

Thank you! After the first layer of clear coat: delicious. It turnes out good so far. There are some tiny flaws and imperfection. After a round of wet sanding it will become a second layer as usual.

Interior done. Sadly the second layer of clear coat went wrong and I have to strip down the paint...
