Desert MarlinRigging should be represented by the color of the rigging material. Mostly steel, they can be coated (grease), painted or blued depending on the specific use. Just about any color is good but a blackened color is my preference.

Lawrence LandisIf the colors of painted surfaces is of concern, you must remember that field application can vary greatly from what the factory would have applied, due to batch differences, reducing agents, and application methods.

Lochsa River Autor...thank you! the rigging went well....but getting that rigging set is about impossible.....a modeler would need to scratch some lines now....

Landlubber MikeNicely done!! I did the Accurate Miniatures boxing of the F4B-4 and P-6E as my return to plastic modeling - these are not easy! You did a great job with the PE rigging, I had a hard time with mine.

Lochsa River Autor...Make sure your hoses are not kinked in any way...a 60PSI clear hose here got twisted and blew out, even though it was getting at most 45PSI from the first regulator...new hoses, with more careful routing this time, are being attached....
