Dear friends of the world of plastic models,

We hereby cordially invite you to our next exhibition to be held on:

29 and 30 October 2016, 10h – 16h

at Gymnasium IGS Koblenz, Johannestrasse 58-60, D-56070 Koblenz

We will present the world of miniatures from our club, other clubs and individual exhibitors from the local region as well as national and international range.

Highlights of the show are:

- show of miniatures of all scales and materials
- dealers for all kind of model kits and accessoires
- modelling demonstrations
- tombola / raffle
- junior handicraft workshop
- paper airplane throwing contest (!!!!!)
- cafeteria

The setting-up-times on both days are from 08-10 AM. We reserve the right, to re-allocate reserved tables, which have not been not occupied by 9:45. Models that violate "good taste" or may have "Nazi symbols" are not permitted and we reserve the right to exclude them from the exhibition.

A private sale of model kits and accessoires is welcome behind or aside the show-tables, but the amount is limited to 30 items per exhibitor.

Please send the attached registration form back to us no later than October, 8th, 2016. Should the requested number of available tables be exceeded, we reserve the right to reduce the requested amount, so that the fairest possible distribution of tables is guaranteed for all. We will send you a confirmation with the definitive number of tables reserved for you.

P.S .: The famous WTS (Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung Bundeswehr) is less than 5 car minutes away from the gymnasium!
