One extra medal for you for building such seldom airplane. Great result. I suppose that the spinner is made of white metal, judging by the shininess🙂

Hello Gorby and Bernhard, many thanks for the compliments 🙂
@ Bernhard: You are right. Spinner and propeller blades are made of white metal (and also the undercarriage and cockpit) . Luckily there are photos of the Martin Baker showing it with an unpainted spinner... unfortunately the propeller blades were always black and I had to paint the polished blades black 😢

Vielen dank für die vielen positiven Rückmeldungen 🙂
@ John: Ist schon einiges an Arbeit, aber am Schluss wirst du mit einem einzigartigen Modell belohnt, das kaum sonst wer in der Vitrine hat!

Wonderful job! I love these superprops, rare birds indeed. You have mastered a very rough kit and made it shine (literally!). I once owned a Silver Cloud Seafang but sold it at a profit because of how rough it was, and this looks similar.

Thanks for all the positive feedback 🙂
@ John: It is quite a bit of work, but in the end you will be rewarded with a unique model that hardly anyone else has in the showcase!
@ Larry: If the Sefang looked similar, then it was certainly not bad to sell the kit.
However, I must say, even though the build was quite involved, it was also fun. It was just a "bit" of initiative and some scratch with it ... but I think that's still real craft and it was a challenge. The more joy you have at the end of the model. Especially the metallic spinner has done it to me. Just a pity that I had to paint the propeller blades black (have unfortunately found no photo on which they were in nature).
Greetings Thomas
