Taking final steps to finish 1/35 Amusing Hobbys Abrams X and once again there is one question, which bothers me for a very long time - why, in the 21st. century scale model manufacturers still doesnt provide 3D decals for modern military vehicle optics/lenses, 360 vision cameras?! More over it doesnt make sense, if there is 3D interior decals for fighter plane cockpit systems, decals for modern military vehicle dashboards etc. Why we - modelers, still have to improvise, using CDs, transparent colors and other stuff, while there is already technologies, which would make scale models look a lot more realistic and cooler!

Jay CDue to absolute shortage of these, does anyone has tried to improvise and make some alternative, close to these?
P.s. drilling plastic mg barrel, provided in Trumpeter kits, is not an option.
