Merry Christmas everyone! Sorry I had not responded or posted anything regarding this project. I hadn't been on the site and just saw the replies. Thanks for the positive comments. I have done a considerable amount of work on the model design including the electronics, LEDs, etc. I will post later this week with some of the test parts I have made. With regard to Blender, my advice is to use it once a day and try to make something, even if its simple to learn the interface, workflows and modifiers. I watch alot of videos of others to learn.
