Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Still a long way to go. I was a bit concerned because it's so colorful, therefore I currently call it the "clownfish" (I know, a real clownfisch looks very different 😉). That's why I think it need to be a bit on the worn an rusty side. Any suggestions on what should be done better?

Nice work Michael 👍 Because of the size you could consider about highlighting the single fields of the Camouflage-pattern. I think this would give a very nice effect.

Thanks Moritz, would you rather use brush or airbrush for that purpose?

I think you can use your airbrush with a diluted and brightened base Color. Another possibility would be blending dots of bright oilpaints on the single fields.
