I knew that I couldn't improve on the look of the kit chrome Wheels. I tried redoing some with Alclad Chrome and it didn't look as good as the kit chrome.

I was trying to post pictures and when the system sort of locked up I thought that I had reached the limit and had to open a new album. Your album of the Nina revealed to me that I just need to take my time and wait for the system to catch up.

Album info
This kit basically cried out T Bucket Roadster. It was a simple kit of an actual Street Rod called the Grasshopper. The actual car was built by George Geraghty and showed up in a car magazine. Monogram decided to put in in production. They actually used some of the pictures from the magazine article for the box art. It's amazing that they did everything except ever pay the builder/owner a cent, according to the history in The Rodders Journal.
This model features ignition wiring. I had planned on using Alclad Chrome for the wheels, but I thought that the kit chrome looked much better.
