This kit will be built nearly out of he box. The only things not from the box will be the ejection seat, some additional hydraulic tubes for the brakes, the bomb which will be from the freightdog kit for the A-4P and the marking. Decals will be taken from the Aztec sheet. It will be C-242 camouflaged olive drab and dark earth with yellow fin and wing marks. This plane was lost when it crashed the mast of HMS Antelope after dropping it´s bomb on it. HMS Antelope sunk when the bomb exploded during the attampt to deactivate it.
Target for this project will be to finish it during the vacation I will have at Christmas ( 21st of dec to 8th of jan)

I have the same kit. I started it as a side project. So far Ia did the cockpit, excaust and closed the fuselage. The nose compartment is very tight for those 5gr needed as weight.
Also, you might have a bit of trouble with the "fins" of the turbofan. I took off one of them while glueing the two part of the fuselage.

Christian Lehmann autorThanks for these hints Dimitris. I started to prepare the parts of the first assembly steps for painting. The pavla seat does not fit it is to wide or the cockpit is to narrow. I have to sand the sidewalls a bit to make it fit.
