The engineering on this kit makes it very difficult to paint/detail. The tank, frame and trailing arm are all moulded into a single piece (well, 2 halves) and the engine must go into the frame partially assembled, which means you can't paint the engine as a unit before assembly and you have to prep/paint the tank and fairings with the engine installed. The rear springs are moulded, and poorly at that.
