Juepak7/10 1. The photo etch rifled barrel insert is a nightmare - the metal is too thick, the rifling lines are too deep so when the metal is rolled it ends up as an octagon and not rounded. 2. Buy a resin replacement barrel. 3. Usual issues with the instructions - incorrectly numbered parts and a number of the drawings are from the full interior version (confusing) 4. The rockets are poorly moulded and lack detail, including the decals - I replaced them with AFV ones (although these had issues with fit) 5. If you really must buy this kit, buy the full interior version - this version has half of the fighting compartment missing, including (frustratingly) half of the parts for some of the interior items provided - the machine gun is missing the butt etc.

Juepak7/10. 1. Border plastic is very soft and caution is needed in sanding as its very easy remove too much. 2. There is a habit of having smaller connecting parts without any male/female connectors marking correct alignment challenging 3. The instructions have multiple errors, both in part numbers and placement. 4. As usual there are extra parts (seems they will issue an internal kit at some point) but these extra parts make the incorrect numbering etc even more challenging. 4. First time I've struck this - there are parts that obviously are to be fitted and the setting places are clealry marked on the kit - but not included in the instructions. Don't Border have someone make the kit before issuing or do they do this on purpose as a challenge? 5. Very nice metal gun barrel. Nice little kit, and Border is trying but I place this kit between its Crusader and Initial Tiger.

Juepak5/10. A real disappointment - especially as it comes after finishing a Dragon Mid-Tiger and a RFM Panther F. Gaps all over the place. The gun carriage is fixed when it could very easily have been made moveable. The usual Border issue of one part being glued to another without any guide pins. Very poor instructions - multiple missing part numbers (the instructions show the part and the space for the number but it hasn't been filled in). Minimum detail on the IV chassis - for example the driver's viser is filled in - no transparent block, in fact no transparent parts. The barrel muzzel flash has to have the holes drilled (I used a add-on metal barrel instead). Usual very soft Border plastic - which ironically is a benefit given the multitude of injector marks that need to be filled. It comes across as a circa 1970s kit. Reminds me of the Border Crusader.
